DIY Grievance Letter
If you’ve tried sorting out a problem at work informally and it hasn’t done the trick, the next step will be to prepare a formal grievance letter. This is your first official form of complaint against your employer. Once your employer receives your grievance letter, they must then set up a grievance meeting where the matter can be addressed and hopefully resolved.
