DIY Grievance Letter
If you’ve tried sorting out a problem at work informally and it hasn’t done the trick, the next step will be to prepare a formal grievance letter. This is your first official form of complaint against your employer. Once your employer receives your grievance letter, they must then set up a grievance meeting where the matter can be addressed and hopefully resolved.
Get your grievance package from SueMyBoss which includes a template grievance letter, together with comprehensive notes to help you prepare the letter. Simply personalise the marked fields to complete the letter. Then you can print it out and send it to your employer – or email it across.
Who can use it? The grievance letter is designed for use by employees in England, Wales or Scotland
